Yes, as an add-on service: creatives, campaigns and weekly optimization. Results tracked in real time.

Contact form: name, email, phone, the name of your business, city, objective, budget — in order to respond to your audit request.
Email/WhatsApp communication: the content of the messages exchanged. The contact form may open a WhatsApp conversation (a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.).

b) Data collected automatically

Anonymous analytics (Plausible): pages visited, duration, traffic source. Plausible is a European, privacy-first tool that uses no cookies and does not identify visitors individually.
Server logs (Vercel): IP address, user-agent, date/time (retained for 30 days for security).

3 · Purposes of processing

Respond to your contact or quote request
Provide the services you have engaged us for
Improve our site and our offering (anonymous statistical analysis)
Comply with our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting)

4 · Legal bases

For visitors in the European Union, in accordance with the GDPR (Articles 6 and 7), the legal bases for our processing are:

Consent (contact forms, connecting via WhatsApp)
Performance of a contract (services subscribed)
Legal obligation (invoicing, accounting)
Legitimate interest (anonymous statistics via Plausible, handling of messages received)

For visitors located in the United States and other jurisdictions, we process personal data in accordance with applicable local laws, on comparable grounds.

5 · Retention periods

Contact requests with no follow-up: 12 months maximum
Client data (active contract): for the duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years
Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years (legal obligation)
Server logs: 30 days
Plausible statistics: anonymous, aggregated data, with no individual retention period

6 · Recipients

Your data is shared only with the people and providers strictly necessary:

The internal KAIVOR Production team (access limited on a need-to-know basis)
Vercel (hosting) — USA, framed transfer
Plausible (analytics) — Germany / EU
Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp, messaging) — USA, framed transfer (when you contact us via WhatsApp)
Google Workspace (email) — Ireland / EU
Stripe (payments) — EU
Public authorities, solely upon a lawful legal request

No sale, rental, or transfer of your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7 · Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Vercel, Meta Platforms / WhatsApp) are based in the United States. These transfers are framed by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and/or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring an equivalent level of protection. When you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, sending your message to Meta Platforms, Inc. additionally relies on your consent (your voluntary action of opening the conversation).

8 · Your rights

Where the GDPR applies to you, you have at any time the following rights over your data:

KAIVOR Production implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3), secure Vercel hosting, restricted internal access to data, regular backups, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication on critical tools.
